The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and the 5/06/09 Minutes and the 5/08/09 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
The Conservation Commission agenda was noted and no comments were made concerning the items listed.
The Oil Release notification for the spill on the turnpike was noted. No action.
The numerous e-mails about the (swine) H1N1 flu were shared with the members. No action was taken.
An Asbestos Seminar was noted.
An Advanced Risk Communication Training was reviewed. We will not attend.
Information concerning a HIV/AIDS bill was received. We will not endorse.

An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit was approved at 1017 George Carter Rd. Map 403 lot 13.
Colleen O’Conner verbally requested a copy of the Title 5 Inspection of the Becket General Store. She was informed that we had not received the report and that it might be available at DEP.
